Prefer to exercise on your own but want expert guidance to do it safely and effectively? We offer a one-time in home assessment to evaluate mobility, balance, and strength - followed by a full customized workout plan tailed for your goals, health needs, and home environment. Reassessment and plan modifications are available as well.
A great introduction for new clients who want to focus on fall prevention. Our 3-session mini series is designed to give you the tools to gently improve coordination, flexibility, and strength for everyday movement. This short series builds a strong foundation in a few focused visits.
