In-Home Personal Training

In-home personal training services are designed specifically for older adults who want to stay active, independent, and strong - when access to a gym is limited. Whether you’re recovering from injury, managing a chronic condition, or simply looking to move better and feel more confident, we bring personalized age-appropriate fitness to your doorstep.

A pre-assessment will be conducted to ensure that each session is tailed to your goals and comfort levels. Pre-assessment incudes:

  • Health History

  • Functional Movement

  • Balance

  • Mobility

  • Flexibility

  • Cardiovascualr Endurance

Sessions last 45 minutes and focus on your strength, balance, and mobility based on your assessment. They help reduce fall risk, support joint health and flexibility, and build confidence through enjoyable movements.

Tandem/Couples Training Prices

Assessment & Custom Programming

Prefer to exercise on your own but want expert guidance to do it safely and effectively? We offer a on-time in-home assessment to evaluate your functional movement, mobility, balance, strength, and cardiovascular endurance. Perfect for seniors who

Pre-assessment for custom programming follows the criteria for in-home personal training.

After your assessment, you’ll get a PDF workout guide with 2-3 workouts per week for 2 weeks, totaling 4-6 workouts. You can repeat them for variety and to track your progress. Workouts will be customized to your needs and the equipment you have.

Reassessments and Programming updates are recommended every 4-8 weeks to measure progress and keep momentum going. Re-testing strength, mobility, balance, and flexibility and includes new exercise modifications or progressions.

Reassessment & Updates (60 minutes): $95

Mobility & Balance Focus Package

Our 3-session Mobility & Balance Mini-Series is a great introduction for new clients to exercises to help improve coordination, flexibility, and strength for everyday movement.

Participating in this mini series will involve 45-minute sessions that include a modified assessment of flexibility, mobility, strength, and balance. We’ll guide you through safe, functional exercises tailored to the results of your assessment, helping you feel stronger, steadier, and more confident every day.

After the series, you'll get a PDF with exercises to keep improving on your own, or you can join another program for more personalized workouts.

3 x 45 minute sessions: $250

Group Sessions

2 People: $325
